MakeNexa is a service operated by YEZCOOLER CO., LIMITED. This policy explains how we handle personal information, RFQ files, supplier application data and website usage information.

These sections describe the information MakeNexa receives, the purposes for using it, limited sharing and available privacy choices.
Why we use it
To review and respond to RFQs, assess supplier applications, operate and secure the service, communicate about requests, improve workflows and meet legal obligations.
When information is shared
Only when needed with hosting, email, security, private-storage and consented analytics providers, professional advisers, or manufacturing partners involved in a reviewed request. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices and rights
You may decline optional analytics and may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing [email protected]. We may verify identity before acting.
Data lifecycle
How submitted information is protected and retained
RFQ and supplier information follows purpose-limited handling, security, retention and international-processing controls.
- 01RFQ and supplier intake
Submitted details and files are used for quotation, engineering and supplier review, operational follow-up and related security checks. Please submit only material you are authorized to share.
- 02Security and retention
We use access controls, private Cloudflare object storage, an owner-controlled European application server, isolated malware scanning and operational logging. MakeNexa does not maintain a separate application or database backup copy. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, disputes and security, then deleted or de-identified.
- 03International processing
Application records are processed on owner-controlled infrastructure in Europe. Private file storage, security, email and consented analytics providers, and reviewed manufacturing partners may process information in other countries, including the APAC location of the current private object-storage buckets. We apply contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer and request.
